About Blair Warsham

After culinary school, Blair cut his teeth in James Beard nominated restaurants across the South East. He then went abroad to work in Michelin rated restaurants in France, Italy and London. He later landed in northern California calling San Francisco his home for over a decade working with celebrated chefs like Daniel Humm of Eleven Maddison Park and Christopher Kostow of Meadowood. He later helmed his own acclaimed restaurant Tinderbox and clandestine dining company GraffEats. He is now reputed through out the bay area as a proud and diligent go to for menu and concept development. Additionally he is a published cookbook author of the book Eat Plants Everyday. He now resides in the hills of West Marin with his son and wife.
