Founded in 2010, by Blair Warsham, Bay Area Restaurant Consulting came out of a desire to help other small business solve the problems they couldn't see or didn't know how to repair.

Today we specialize in menu development launching new concepts. We take you from early at the ideation stage and get you all the way to open, established and net positive ASAP. Our key partnerships at strategic stages make all of this possible.
